Team
The O-HB is made up of a multidisciplinary team whose aim is to approach the world of housing from the various sides. It is made up of architects, sociologists, geographers and economists aimed at studying and analyzing how the housing sector is evolving and supporting the development of public policies. Currently, the team is made up of two Co-Directors and a large technical team that prepares the data we work with.

Joffre has a Degree in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1997), a Master’s in Social Policies and Housing from Pompeu Fabra University and John Hopkins University (2001), and a postgraduate degree in Data Analysis for Social Sciences from the University of Barcelona (2021).
He has spent more than twenty years working in the field of housing and the labour market in the public sector (local and regional), the private sector and the third social sector. For 11 years he worked in the former Secretariat of Housing and Urban Improvement where he assisted in producing official housing statistics and the quantitative exploitation of administrative records.
