Presentation
The Observatori Metropolità de l’Habitatge de Barcelona (O-HB) is a supra-municipal instrument dedicated to the research and analysis of data related to housing. Its purpose is to support the design and evaluation of public policies. It was created in 2017 as an initiative of Barcelona City Council, the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona (AMB), the Diputació de Barcelona and the Generalitat de Catalunya, with the support of the Association of Social Housing Managers (GHS ). Since 2018, it has been integrated into the structure of the Metropolis Institute.
