Laboratory that analyzes the rent in Barcelona and the rest of the metropolitan territory from January to December 2020 (full effect of the COVID-19 pandemic), through supply and demand data from the real estate portals of habitaclia and Fotocasa. The laboratory focuses on the evolution of the volume and average monthly price of supply and demand for rental housing. This is a regular line of research.

It shows the results about the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the housing demand, it analyzes the active demand and latent housing demand and it examines the characteristics of the active demand as well as it’s needs and preferences after the lockdown.

This laboratory shows the future perspectives, in the metropolitan area, of the economic and socio-assistential dimension of the residential autonomy of the elderly, focusing on the year 2038. It analyzes in depth four of the most outstanding dimensions of the aging field: family fragility, instability of tenure, economic over-exertion and mobility problems.

Laboratory that analyzes the rent in Barcelona and its metropolitan area by means of the deposits in the Incasòl database on the contracts of rent and the data of supply and demand of the real estate web portal habitaclia, yielded thanks to an agreement of collaboration signed with this portal and Fotocasa. The result is an analysis of the volume and average price of supply and demand for rent by territory from 2017 to 2018.

First Laboratory on the home ownership to analyze its structure and concentration in Barcelona. It is based on an in-depth study of the property and the distribution of the different taxpayer types, as well as their concentration degree and its yearly evolution.

This research gathers the regulation measures of the rental private market in two European cities: Paris and Berlin. It contains the analysis of their regulatory framework and their local implementation. The study seeks to collect information on the generation of the rental price index.

First annual report prepared by the O-HB, which presents the state of housing during 2016. It analyzes the main trends in housing from the system of indicators of the O-HB, taking as a reference the territorial areas of: Barcelona, the total and the rest of the metropolitan area of Barcelona and the total and the rest of the demarcation. In some indicators, the detail of the districts and neighborhoods of Barcelona is deepened. The main indicators analyzed are the housing needs of the population, the state of the park, the dynamics of residential construction, the operations of buying and selling and renting, the problems of permanence and access and policies.
