In both cases, and rental housing, special mention is made of large owners of more than 15 homes and those of more than 10.

Laboratory that analyzes the rent in Barcelona and its metropolitan area by means of the deposits in the Incasòl database on the contracts of rent and the data of supply and demand of the real estate web portal habitaclia, yielded thanks to an agreement of collaboration signed with this portal and Fotocasa. The result is an analysis of the volume and average price of supply and demand for rent by territory from 2017 to 2018.
