Max Gigling

Max Gigling holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Montpellier III, France (1998). He was a researcher and lecturer at the University of Québec à Montréal, Canada (1998-2002), and worked for UNESCO Bangkok (2003-2004). He speaks Spanish, German, English and French fluently. For almost two decades, he has been professionally engaged in housing research, with a special focus on demand and the rental market. He specializes in data analysis, surveys, regulatory studies, and strategic planning. Among other responsibilities, he was the main editor of the Strategic Housing
