The Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory has held a press conference in which it announced the main results of the third edition of its laboratory Structure and concentration of housing ownership in Barcelona 2021.
This laboratory was performed in collaboration with Barcelona City Council and the Catalan Land Institute (INCASOL) and reviews the permanent housing rental stock in Barcelona and large owners of rental property.
