Carme Trilla, president of the Barcelona Metropolitan Housing Observatory (O-HB), participated in the International Congress on housing policies held on January 29 in Bilbao.
Trilla participated in the round table ‘The social function of housing. The need to contain rates’, where she made an assessment of the measures introduced in Law 12/2023 for the right to housing. Trilla began his presentation by explaining the context of the law, followed by its application in Catalonia and proposals to improve housing policy.
