This laboratory shows the future perspectives, in the metropolitan area, of the economic and socio-assistential dimension of the residential autonomy of the elderly, focusing on the year 2038. It analyzes in depth four of the most outstanding dimensions of the aging field: family fragility, instability of tenure, economic over-exertion and mobility problems.
