Latest version of the Laboratory about the regulation of housing rental in Berlin and Paris. In this, a review is made of the creation and evolution of the laws in both European cities, as well as the rental reference price index. Information that had already been analyzed in the first version of the laboratory, in 2018, and that is now updated with the changes that have occurred in recent months and/or years.
